If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in to us on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Art. c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address, telephone number

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver you our goods or services. We will also communicate with you via the contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

We will process your data for the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

We send you a business message based on your consent. It is possible to simply unsubscribe from sending business messages at any time.

Such processing is enabled by the provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services.
